This combination provides the precision of patient-specific positioning guides developed from MRI data with the most flexible knee system on the market. Other products include: the Oxford Partial Knee; Echo Hip System; Antioxidant Exhibited Technology featuring E-Poly Primary Tibial Bearings and Acetabular Liners; Regenerex Primary Tibial Tray and Augments; Regenerex Ringloc+ Modular Acetabular System; and the bone- and tissue-preserving Microplasty hip systems. Additionally, the Comprehensive Reverse Shoulder System and the modular StageOne Select Spacer Molds were also introduced. ![]() Depuy Mitek Gryphon BR DePuy Mitek The new Gryphon BR offers the choice of surgical technique anchoring preferences with either the Gryphon “T” BR (Thread-in) or the Gryphon “P” BR (Push-in) anchor design patterns. Preloaded with one or two strands of OrthoCord Suture offering 55 lbs. of tensile strength. And because it’s made with our proprietary Biocryl Rapide — the No. 1 biocomposite material for shoulder and knee implants in the United States* – the Gryphon BR resorbs and promotes bone formation** even in the smallest of places. *Based on US data on file at DePuy Mitek ![]() Innomed, Inc. Kaufman Gap Jack Innomed Inc. Innomed, Inc. introduced the Kaufman Gap Jack Assembly. Designed by Basil Kaufman, MD, this unique surgical device is designed for tensioning and balancing ligaments during total knee arthroplasty. Both compartments are simultaneously but independently tensioned by the same device and not two separate spreaders as is the usual method. It allows for accurate determination of femoral rotation. The device can be used with the patella reduced so that any lateral tightness caused by the everted patella is eliminated. The release can be performed with the device in situ. Innomed, Inc. also exhibited instruments for standard and minimally invasive hip and knee surgery, shoulder, trauma, small bone, arthroscopic and revision surgery. Innomed, Inc. continues to introduce new and innovative instruments for orthopedic surgery. We offer an array of unique instruments and patient positioning devices, designed by or in conjunction with orthopedic surgeons. ![]() Kinamed, Inc. SuperCable Kinamed Inc. Kinamed, Inc. designs and manufactures innovative orthopedic systems including: the SuperCable Iso-Elastic polymer cerclage system; CarboJet CO2 Lavage System for the cleaning of bone surfaces in cemented arthroplasty; the KineMatch PFR, patient matched patellofemoral replacement implant; and the NaviPro, Image-Free Navigation System for hip, knee and shoulder replacement surgery. Kinamed recently introduced unique Trochanteric Grips and Cable-Plates utilizing Kinamed’s proven SuperCable Iso-Elastic Polymer cables along with both locking and compression bone-screws. The trochanteric grips, in various lengths, and cable-plates, in both straight and curved designs, are the first cable fixation devices to offer locking screw technology. This, in conjunction with the Iso-Elastic Polymer cables, offers proven biologically based technologies for enhanced fixation in challenging revision and periprosthetic fracture cases. ![]() NovaBone Bone Graft Substitute NovaBone OsteoBiologics LLC NovaBone Products, LLC provides a best-in-class synthetic bone graft substitute. The unique bioactive grafting technology delivers an osteoconductive matrix while signaling and recruiting osteoblastic activity to the site. For ease of use, and surgical convenience, NovaBone is available in a variety of forms and sizes. TissueNet What makes an UltraGraft? Increasing the safety of human allograft tissue is of significant importance and of great benefit to patients. Often, the decision to use an autograft rather than an allograft tissue is based on the perceived risk of viral or bacterial transmission. Until now, no technology has been capable of substantially reducing all types of pathogens in biological products without the use of low-dose irradiation, while maintaining the integrity of the underlying protein in the product. UltraGraft products are allograft tissue products put through a novel and validated sterilization system called: T106 Terminal Sterilization System. All tissues are terminally sterilized to {SAL 10-6} through a proprietary sterilization system free of irradiation. Visit us regularly for daily orthopedic news.
